Common requests
Manage or cancel your Pro subscription
Open Settings and use the Manage Subscription link to update payment, change your plan, or cancel.
Reset your password
From the sign-in screen, click “Forgot password” and we'll email you a reset link.
Delete your account
Email support@master-setter.com from your account email and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
Report missing cards or bad data
Email us with the set name and card number. Multilingual data is especially appreciated — we're backfilling languages continuously and user reports speed it up.
